Twelve years ago, she co-founded Cluster Excellence Denmark with the aim of supporting Danish clusters on competence development, professionalisation and internationalisation. Now also serving as President for the global TCI Network since October 2018 she is helping both clusters and policy makers from 110 countries around the world to improve their knowledge and competences on competitiveness, clusters and innovation. Since 2019 appointed as individual expert to the EU Commissions Cluster Expert Group advising the EU Commission on further policy actions now with a specific focus on green transition. Over the years she has co-organised 15 cluster matchmaking events in Denmark, the Nordics, Europe and last year organized the first ever digital global Cluster Matchmaking Conference.
